Then, we innovate and collaborate to make it happen everywhere.Our dedicated team of employees worldwide, pioneer scientific technologies for better detection, imaging, and informatics to help our customers work to create healthier families, improve the quality of life, and sustain the well-being and longevity of people globally.If you are seeking a meaningful, impactful, and stimulating career, look no further.**PURPOSE**:**RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Identify and respond to customer inquiries, decide to be the first point of contact to solve problems, monitor and respond to the customer.- Carry out the reception, review (prices, currency, change, part numbers, quantities, descriptions, promotions, discounts, authorizations, quotes, external suppliers, incoterms, billing data, penalties and delivery dates), compare, process, request information and documentation necessary for the entry process of sales orders from Mexico, Latin America and Central America.- Generate SAP sales orders for Mexico, Latin America and Central America in the system.- Follow up on the process of the sales order, the entry of the material into the Warehouse. Passing purchase to suppliers, follow-up on deliveries, logistics, payments, billing, delivery status and follow-up on the administrative sales process.- Occasionally provide information to the internal or external client, regarding availability, prices, characteristics, product documents, using the tools, systems or processes that always exist for each of them.- Contact with customs agents to expedite the delivery and import of sales orders.**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**:- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or 2 - 4 years customer service experience- Domain of Microsoft-Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)- Languages: Advanced English, Fluent Spanish**PREFERRED CHARACTERISTICS**:- Ability to speak Portuguese- Organization- Teamwork- Excellence in delivery- Analytical reasoning- Flexibility- Use of order processing software, SAP, CRM and Telefonía Negocios**COMPANY DESCRIPTION**:Are you ready to help improve the lives of millions of people and create a healthier world?
