Motivated people who share our values and want to be part of a new and exciting project.The Wacker Biosolutions plant located in León, focuses on the production of L-cystine by fermentation and other biotechnological products and we are currently seeking to recruit a Project Engineer (f/m/d) for the Engineering & EHS department.For more detailed information please feel free to contact Yumei González Sabugal, tel.**Please note**: Agency acquisition to this vacancy is not appreciated.Your Tasks Managing and executing engineering projectsDesign new or modify existing industrial production plants and installations under the supervision of the Head of the DepartmentSupport the implementation of the SAP interface at Wacker Biosolutions León S.L.U for the engineering module and keep it updated with the data from the siteCreate project schedules, cost estimations and budget controlManaging, supervising construciton sites and support the commissioning of installationsSupport the Head of Engineering in EHS-related tasks and the Head of Maintenance in maintencance tasksYour Profile University degree as an industrial mechanical or chemical engineer (f/m/d)5 years professional working experience in engineering Projects, designing new or modifying existing installations at chemical/biotechnological/food-pharma industrial production plantsExperience/knowledge in the fields of maintenance, EHS and/or related laws and regulationsVery good English language skills (spoken, written); German language skills are preferredReside in and are eligible to work in Spain (valid work permit)Sustainability is one of WACKER’s corporate goals - also as an employer.We want you to remain productive, healthy and successful long term.
