We collaborate with our business partners around the world to deliver standardized, integrated technology products and services to create tangible business value.About this PositionAs a Sr. Analyst IT Business Systems, you will be supporting Marketing Technology Stack and eBusiness solutions. You’ll receive and understand business requests and take end-to-end ownership. Work with the business to identify areas of optimizations to expand usage and drive adoption of tools. You’ll also develop and communicate usage and performance metrics to stakeholders. Handle and troubleshoot user and data issues related to the tech stack. Serve as a project manager for future integrations between multiple systems to support growing business requirements. Translates business strategies, opportunities, threats and needs into IT product requirements, then plays a key role within the product team to specify, test and deploy those as IT system solutions.Job Responsibilities:- Supports the Product Manager, Regional Leads and Business Relationship Manager in the development of the strategy through incremental improvement of the product.- Ability to identify transformation opportunities on behalf of business stakeholders.- Ability to produce results without direct reports.- Identify gaps in existing tools/functionalities and processes, options for improvement.- Analyzes, documents and tests program development, logic, process flows and specifications.- Documents training materials for the product area.- Delivers training to the end users, deployment and support teams.- Supports the analysis and resolution of solution issues as part of the third level sustain.- Designs business scenarios and use cases for the product mix, including product introduction, specification and the change management required to maximize its adoption/value.- Works with IT Product Managers to define the minimum viable product (MVP) that satisfies the business need.- Secures by early business feedback that the MVPs defined will really provide the desired value (MVP taste-testing).- Identifies gaps in existing functionalities, options for improvement and opportunities for process automation.Required Profile:- 5+ years of experience or a relevant Certification in one or more of:- CRM (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred)- CMS (Drupal preferred)- Digital Marketing Data and Analytics (Google Marketing Platform preferred).- 5+ years of experience or a relevant Certification in Agile methodology (Scrum preferred).- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems or related work experience.- Business experience in a relevant function is beneficial.- Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English.- Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams.- Strong solution integration knowledge.- Ability to identify transformation opportunities on behalf of business stakeholders.- Proven record of identifying and implementing successful projects with positive business results.- Extensive business experience in end-to-end process ownership as well as designing new processes and systems solutions.- Experienced in change management process including creation of end-user documentation and training materials.- Proficient in coordination of data activities in projects.Preferred Profile:- All elements of Required Profile, plus:- E-Commerce platforms knowledge (Magento, Shopify).- M.B.A. preferred.- Digital Shelf and Product Information knowledge (Salsify).- Experience in providing IT functional support for the Marketing area.About Us:Nestlé is the world’s largest food and beverage company, Unlocking the power of food to enhance quality of life for everyone, today and for generations to come.
