US Valid VISA, available to travelKey Responsibilities:Provide technical support to end-users by troubleshooting and resolving incidentsDiagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issuesInstall, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripheralsConfigure and maintain telephone systems, including VoIPMonitor and maintain network connectivity and troubleshoot connectivity issuesIdentify and escalate incidents requiring further attentionCreate and maintain documentation on incident management and support proceduresDevelop and maintain positive relationships with end-users and stakeholders**Requirements**:Proven experience as an IT Support Technician or similar roleHands-on experience with telephony, networking, and operating systemsSolid understanding of incident management and problem resolutionAbility to diagnose and resolve technical issuesStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to work in a team environment and provide support to end-users and other IT staffKnowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office, Apple macOS, and LinuxAbility to manage and prioritize multiple incidents and requestsBachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience and training.**Salary**: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month
