In that role, you will work closely with Sales, Regional leaders and internal clients in support of revenue growth strategy. Beyond ensuring excellent day-to-day service standards, the role also includes focus on develop the Marine business with external clients.**What is in it for you?**- Competitive MMC salary package- Competitive MMC Colleague Benefits- Multinational challenging environment to learn & make a difference by working on regional and global projects- Opportunity to be part of a dynamic team made up of talented people with different backgrounds**We will count on you to**:- Clients administration management with Sales team- Certificates and policy documents issuance management- Coordinate daily operations of Executives (2-3 people)- Facility insurances negotiations with local market and reinsurance- Build and maintain a positive and supportive work environment that encourages respect, motivation and effectiveness- Business development for Marine clients (Vessel Owners and Ports & Terminals)- Provide project management for ongoing change initiatives, liaising as needed with other stakeholders of business, wider operations, IT, legal & compliance, finance.**What you need to have**:- Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in an operations environment, possibly in commercial & corporate insurance industry.- Excellent knowledge of the Marine & Cargo business and industry processes.- Fluent in English, written and spoken- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills to partner with multiple stakeholders- Independent and pro-active in driving execution & reaching out to stakeholders- Strong business & process analysis skills and an understanding of operations- Attention to detail & not afraid of getting into the detail of processes and data sets..** What makes you stand out?**- Experience in insurance and specifically within Marine & Cargo industry- Experience in working in a multinational company- Clients and solutions orientedMarsh is the world’s leading insurance broker and risk adviser.
