**Misión del puesto**: Asegurar la adecuada operación de los Módulos para proveer un excelente servicio al consumidor, soportado en el cumplimiento y ejecución de los procesos y estándares operativos basados en Normas de Inocuidad alimentaria y abasto de la mercancía; el control de los inventarios disponibles en Módulo y la administración del recurso humano dentro de la misma.**Funciones**:- Administrar y dar seguimiento a los diferentes indicadores económicos del Negocio por Módulo (Venta, Merma, Inventario, Gasto Directo, Contribución y Uafir).- Promover y dar seguimiento al cumplimiento de las ventas de los módulos a su cargo.- Asegurar el abasto de los distintos proveedores que dan servicio a los módulos.- Asegurar el entrenamiento y reentrenamiento teórico y práctico de los Operadores de Módulos.- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares operativos de módulos, apegándonos a los procesos definidos por la tienda.- Asegurar la correcta ejecución de sus módulos a cargo, mediante la adecuada administración del personal, así como buscar un trabajo colaborativo con el equipo de tiendasTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoBeneficios:- Automóvil de la empresa- Teléfono de la empresa- Vales de despensaEscolaridad:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Experiência:- Ventas: 1 año (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
