**Objective of the position**Responsible for the Supply Chain Management Operations on site, including Materials Planning and Production Scheduling for the different process and the accomplishment of the set of goals defined for the area in terms of Cost and Delivery, including Complaint Management Targets.**Principal activities**- Assure the on-time, in-spec and on-quantity supply of materials to the plant, assembled modules and of products to the customer’s production sites.- Support the Management to administer the budget in his/her area of responsibility and make sure there is compliance with it.- Develop and implement personnel planning in his/her area of responsibility, supporting the Management; also make sure qualified personnel are hired- Responsible of accomplish logistics plans and procedures to ensure that internal and client needs are met- Ensure on-time delivery of all products to external and internal customers along the supply chain.- Collaborate with Logistics Customer Interface for Non JIS Parts (VW Autarke, BMW Steps).- Monitors department-specific goals and KPI´s (Inventory turnover, Delivery reliability, Premium Freights, Forecast accuracy, etc.) break down and prioritize the department goals, follow up on goals and evaluate goal achievement.- Assure planning and control of the material demand and of the detailed production program, in order to assure supply with all necessary materials and components.**Requirements**:**Professional career**: Industrial Engineer, Administration, careers related**Relevant experience**: 3-5 years Master Scheduling / MRP, Logistics / Supply Chain Management / Production Control Processes, Automotive industry.**English**: Advanced**Technical knowledge**:- Logistics / Supply Chain Management / Production Control Processes SAP FI Customizing skills and overall process consulting experience.- Logistics / Supply Chain Management / Production Control system.
