At Hylogic we are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Solutions Consultant to lead strategic initiatives focused on optimizing and redesigning supply chain processes. This role centers on business process consulting, solution design, and stakeholder engagement to deliver impactful improvements across inventory, demand, and supply planning. While familiarity with IT systems is important, the emphasis is on understanding and transforming supply chain operations to meet client goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead Supply Chain Process Design: Analyze, model, and redesign core supply chain processes (inventory, demand, supply planning) to improve efficiency, agility, and scalability.
  • Consulting & Client Engagement: Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with clients to understand operational challenges and define tailored supply chain solutions.
  • Solution Architecture: Collaborate with technical teams to shape supply chain solutions that align with business needs, focusing on process outcomes rather than system configuration.
  • Testing & Validation: Support testing and validation of supply chain processes and systems to ensure alignment with business requirements.
  • Problem Solving: Address complex supply chain challenges using data-driven analysis and industry best practices.
  • Best Practices & Methodologies: Define and promote supply chain consulting methodologies, tools, and frameworks for consistent delivery excellence.
  • Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing: Coach junior consultants on supply chain process design and consulting techniques.
  • Training & Enablement: Conduct internal and client-facing training sessions to promote adoption of redesigned processes and solutions.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to improve client operations and contribute to expanding our consulting portfolio.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • Supply Chain Expertise: In-depth knowledge of supply chain management concepts, including inventory optimization, demand forecasting, and supply planning.
  • Consultancy and Communication: Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to lead workshops and communicate complex ideas clearly.
  • Process Optimization- Experience in analyzing and redesigning supply chain workflows to improve performance.
  • IT Collaboration: Ability to work with IT teams to ensure business requirements are translated into effective system solutions.
  • Technical Tools & Technologies: Familiarity with supply chain platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, O9 Solutions)  and other IT solutions used in the supply chain, (Knowledge of APS system is preferred)
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Experience coaching and mentoring junior consultants, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Strong knowledge in preparing and supporting testing processes, ensuring IT solutions meet business and performance expectations.
  • Business Development: Ability to identify opportunities for new business and contribute to expanding the company's service offerings.
  • Training & Knowledge Sharing: Experience in conducting training and workshops to share knowledge and enhance organizational skills related to IT solutions and supply chain processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Supply Chain Management or IT solutions (e.g., APICS CPIM, Six Sigma, PMP).
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies for IT development and project management.
