**The Role**:The Specialist, HR Strategy, is responsible for supporting the development of HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives of Ford. The role coordinates with senior specialists and managers to drive effective HR initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent in line with corporate business priorities. The role is responsible for staying updated on trends and industry practices within the HR Strategy domain on best practices to assess current and future HR requirements within the organization.**What You'll Need**:**Education**:- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree (preferred) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or any other related discipline.**Experience**:- Minimum 3 years of work experience in Human Resources, Business Strategy, or a related field.- Strong written and oral communication skills (both Spanish and English) Good interpersonal relationships.DISCLAIMER:Ford Motor Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer, as we are committed with a diverse workforce, and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, status as a veteran and basis of disability**Your Impact**:- Builds strong relationships with operations partners, HR colleagues & experts, and other business partners to jointly deliver business objectives, remove roadblocks, and resolve issues.- Supports operations management in execution of new Strategics- Supports complex, local change management process with all FOM location to meet customer needs- Prepares & provide support to Regional Governance as People Council, Momento Ford +, Live Chats, etc.- Rankings: Accountable for internal surveys with the purpose of positioning Ford as an Employer of Choice and as an appealing place to attract and retain talent. Establish direct contact with the ranking companies, set up databases and collect internal information for survey deployment, and engage with internal communication and OCM to promote and spread the rankings in order to obtain a higher response rate.- Rankings: Accountable for internal surveys with the purpose of positioning Ford as an Employer of Choice and as an appealing place to attract and retain talent. Establish direct contact with the ranking companies, set up databases and collect internal information for survey deployment, and engage with internal communication and OCM to promote and spread the rankings in order to obtain a higher response rate.- Monthly HR Meeting: Facilitate the Monthly HR Meeting making sure all components of the meeting work in liaison with each HR team/location that hosts the meeting, making sure the agenda works well, speaker, content, recognitions, satisfaction survey and different HR Topics are delivered well- Communications Calendar: Establish a connection between Internal Communication and HR in order to enhance operational efficiency between both areas with a calendar showing all of HRs activities that need to be communicated within Ford nationwide- HRLW: Preparation for the national strategic meeting, where the achievements of the closing year are reviewed, and the objectives for the upcoming year are discussed. Confirm venue, meeting rooms, logistics, meals, and post-meeting dinner- Partner with HR / operating management in the country to develop / deliver new programs /project/strategies and work with he region to share best practices- Webex teams: Constantly update the HR Webex Teams chat with relevant information for the skill team taking care of the content and design- Policy deployment: support HR Strategy manager in ensuring that HR objectives are appropriately tracked throughout the year- HR Leadership Strategy
