In this role, you will follow an individual work plan, meet day-to-day short-term objectives, and resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning.**This position reports to**:Production Development Manager**Your responsibilities**:- Participate in LEAN initiative and engage Six Sigma tools for process improvements.- Develop and implement process improvements to reduce costs and cycles.- Maintain the manufacturing engineering system on part routing and standards.- Design necessary fixtures and tooling for manufacturing NPI’s and for process improvements.- Manage multiple projects by providing scheduling, resource management, budget control and EHS compliance.- Interface with vendors and internal contacts in an effective manner to ensure that the technical and EHS perspective is properly conveyed.- Act as change agent, understanding and moving the operation toward world-class performance.- Promote customer satisfaction and develop positive customer relationships.**Your background**:- 2 years of experience working in Manufacturing.- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electric Mechanic Engineering or Administrator.- Knowledge of 5s - lean.- Experience in Machine process.- Advanced English level.- Availability to travel.**More about us**:
