**Description**A member of a legal team that has extensive knowledge of the law and legal matters, but is not necessarily a qualified lawyer. The Paralegals perform a variety of tasks to support lawyers including maintaining and organizing files, conducting legal research, and drafting documents.**Job Tasks**:- Draft and file documents in court- Write demand letters- Write letters of representations and motions- Create record chart and record summary for each client case- Draft pleadings and petitions- Draft Petitions and Discovery**Qualifications**:- A Bachelor’s degree is required; Law graduate- With at least 1 year of work experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal.- With a solid knowledge of legal terminology, legal procedure, and substantive law- Understands the principles of legal writing- Knowledge of attorney-client relationships applicable to the performance of major duties and responsibilities of the position- Master skills in basic principles, concepts, and methodology of legal proceedings and legal research- Excellent English oral and written communication skills- Has exceptional organizational skills and is able to multi-task- Ability to work with databases and online technological platforms- Ability to be detail-oriented, diligent, and flexible- Ability to handle conflicting time demands and focus on task completion with little direction or need for supervisory follow-up- Proficient command of the English language in both oral and written format- Ability to work and maintain patience with diversified individuals of various backgrounds and professional competencies- Committed to maintaining integrity and confidentiality on behalf of the company, the firm, and its clients- **_Willing to work on the Pacific Standard Time schedule_**:- **_Own Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, core 5 above) and with an internet connection of at least 10mbps_****What we offer**:- Wi-Fi subsidy after the 3rd month ($25)- HMO Subsidy or Coverage ($200)- Performance Incentives- Work 100% from home**Salary Rate: US $5 $6 / hour****If you meet the qualifications, don't hesitate and apply****Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: $16,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Are you willing to work in Pacific Standard Time?**Experience**:- Personal Injury Paralegal: 1 year (required)**Language**:- Fluent English (required)- Fluent Spanish (required)
