We are focused on providing excellent legal services and expertise, client care, detailed research, and execution.We are seeking an outstanding individual to join our team as a Legal Assistant/ Lawyer supporting our Toronto Office. Due to licencing you will not be able to have complete carriage of a file, therefore you will be asssiting licenced immigration experts.This individual must be a seasoned lawyer/legal assistant who exemplifies professionalism, customer service, reliability and excellent quality work. This position will provide a variety of confidential, timely and efficient administrative, technical, and operational support to the team.**PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR RESUME IN ENGLISH**Responsibilities and Duties:- Filling out forms and compliling documents with great attention to detail- Ensure client service and satisfaction- Working on improving company process and practices- Superior discretion, judgment, tact, diplomacy, creativity, and initiative- Strong interpersonal skills- Excellent personal organization, planning, and project management skills- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment- Ability to effectively meet numerous competing demands and deadlines in a highly complex environment and work effectively under pressure- Ability to maintain confidentiality- Assist with accounting/invoicing- Ensure company policies and expectations are being met**Qualifications and Skills**:- Excellent English skills in conversation and written- 2 + years of legal experience- Immigration or legal experience is an asset- Excellent research and analytical skills, exercise good judgment, organizational skills and high attention to detail- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines- Strong organizational and computer skills- Ability to follow processes- Great energy and a positive attitude as you will be dealing with our clients- Ability to work with mínimal supervision and exhibit enthusiasm to complete tasks without delay- Highly motivated, self-driven- Interacts well with all levels of firm personnel and is a flexible team player who performs well in a team environment**Salary**: $20,000.00 - $35,000.00 per month**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- lawyer: 1 year (required)**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: Remote
