We are help families and companies through the immigration maze to help them live, work, and play in the US.

We are a fast-growing law firm and need someone who is excited by a fast-changing dynamic environment. We are hiring a marketing professional to generate high-quality leads and generate new referral partner relationships. Experience in the legal industry is preferred but not required.
- tracking weekly and monthly results. This person will spend 70% of their time looking at analytics, auditing, measuring, and 30% of the time implementing and testing new marketing content.

Our new team member will be a bright, creative, and compassionate person who will love sharing our clients’ success stories with potential clients. You will work closely with our team to develop and maintain social, website, video, and marketing campaigns through our marketing vendors. You’ll bring your ideas for campaigns to strengthen relationships with clients and referral sources (other professionals) which will create a positive ROI.

Legal Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities

Perform and manage weekly audits of budget spend to make sure it is producing an ROI, along with measuring Intake and Sales teams to verify they are meeting their KPI’s resulting from marketing leads. Be the intermediary between the managing attorney and all marketing third party vendors. Including auditing, reviewing, and reporting about vendors performance.

Deliver comparative reports on monthly analytics across web and social platforms, stay up to date on the latest market research and advise on improvements.

Legal Marketing Coordinator Qualifications

5+ years of experience in marketing, analytics, or related field. Experience or a strong interest in the service industry (medical, accounting, legal, etc..) is highly preferred.

Strong experience with Google Analytics.

Must have very strong written and verbal marketing communication skills both in English and Spanish. Has prior successful experience planning, executing on a marketing plan and managing a marketing budget. Has prior experience with tracking and measuring different marketing channels and increasing the ROI.

Marketing Projects:
1. Digital Marketing - Plan, Execute & Repurpose Digital Ads

a. Manage the design of an Effective Digital Ad (PPC, landing pages, etc..).

b. Repurpose Content via Multi-Channel Approach - Google My Business, social media pages, Bing, Avvo, Lawyer Review, LinkedIn, etc.

2. Lead Magnet Campaigns - Get New Qualified Leads for New PNC’s

a. Design buyer persona within target to catch new qualified leads with a high conversion rate for becoming new potential clients.

b. Event and Webinar Marketing Campaigns

c. E-mail marketing and customer journey follow-up within a CRM.

d. Review content calendar Posting/Events.

e. Review and approve vendors Social Media calendar.

3. Marketing Budgeting, Analytics, & Data Entry - Financial Analysis and Reporting

a. Data entry - learn, master, and use our CRM designed for legal industry to gather ROI on campaigns.

b. Generating reports - Through diligent data entry and analytics tracking, coordinator will know how to both generate and analyze key financial reports.

c. Analyzing key reports - Diligently tracking all marketing expenses through campaign management, and then evaluating campaigns ROI and profitability.

**Salary**: 20,000 a 25,000 libres mensuales
