Short Descripti o n Equip-Test is seeking a motivated and self-driven Sales Representative to join it’s team. The role involves managing sales processes, achieving end-to-end sales objectives, engaging with leads and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. This position requires strong organizational skills, administrative acumen, resilience, autonomy and a customer-focused m inds e t Responsibiliti es · Conduct high volumes of outbound cold (80%) and warm (20%) calls daily to generate new leads, qualify prospects and s als. · Proactively source and identify potential customers through online research, business directories, and inbound lead follow-u ps · Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads by nurturing relationships and scheduling follow-up cal ls · Understand customer needs and pain points to tailor sales pitches effective ly · Maintain accurate records of all interactions, leads, and opportunities in the CRM systems for effective account manageme nt · Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targe ts · Perform effective virtual product demos or presentations to engage prospects and showcase solutio ns · Coordinate with the field sales team to route qualified leads for further development and closu re · Ensure compliance with company policies, including finance, legal, and sales procedur e s Skills and Requiremen ts · Advanced level English language skills is a mut. · Highly resilient and persistent attit ud · Strong verbal and written communication abilit ie · Demonstrated ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a tam · Experience with MS Office too ls · Additional other language knowledge is an advanta g e Perks and Benefi ts · Privately held global business with strong people fo cu · Supportive and developmental environm en · Competitive salary and quarterly performance bo nu
