**Quality Manager**This position is part of our Connection Systems segment.Aptiv delivers a full range of advanced connection solutions to make vehicles safer, greener and more connected with innovations in high voltage, data connectivity, electrical centers, safety-critical connectors and much more.**Position Summary**Manage and lead the company's quality systems to ensure compliance with quality policy and customer requirements, be the customer's representative in the plant.**Your Role**- Lead activities to meet customer and IATF16949 requirements.- Coordinate the plant quality and reliability team.- Lead activities to improve quality metrics such as complaints and cost of poor quality.- Conduct administrative review as scheduled.- Attend global quality management meetings.- Attend meetings with customers.- Daily follow up on non-conforming product inventories.- Perform analysis for response to quality issues and customer complaints.- Problem resolution, Shainin System, Red X Method.- Molding and/or Assembly industry experience.- Quality spills/warranty problems in the field.- Information management with customer.**Your Background**- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field- Fluent English- +5 years of experience in a similar position or related- Experience working in the automotive industry**Why join us?**- **You can grow at Aptiv. **Aptiv provides an inclusive work environment where everyone can grow and develop, regardless of gender, ethnicity, or beliefs.- **You can have an impact **.
