We collaborate with our business partners around the world to deliver standardized, integrated technology products and services to create tangible business value.To strengthen our**Finance, Control and Legal Mexico Hu**b, we are looking for a** Business Analyst to complete our Management Accounting Team.****Key responsibilities**- Provide day-to-day support to Finance end users across LATAM.- Implement finance technology solutions in line with functional stakeholders’ needs and the Management Accounting IT Product Group roadmap.- Support business integration initiatives including Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestures.- Support Digital Transformation within Finance IS/IT- Deliver IS/IT Finance project on time and within budget.- Translate technical requirements into functional specifications for the business finance team.- Support Period End Close and forecasting activities performed by the markets ensuring efficient use and adequate performance of the relevant IT tools.- Analyze, document and test program development, logic, process flows and specifications.- Deliver training to the end users, deployment and support teams- Identify gaps in existing functionalities, options for improvement and opportunities for process automation.- Ability to drive continuous improvement.**Required Profile**- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems or related discipline.- 3+ years of relevant experience of business analysis in a relevant functional area.- Project management experience.- Experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment using design-thinking methodology.- Strong understanding of basic system engineering, information risk and security guidelines, and architecture standards.- Understanding of various software development methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall).- Deep understanding of the IT landscape in the functional area.- Deep knowledge of SAP Controlling modules Profitability Analyzes, Cost center Accounting,- Working knowledge of Dynamic Forecasting tools.- Working knowledge of Business Analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau etc.) is also desirable.- Experience with effective communication in English at different levels of the organization.- Experience with other Finance related modules within or outside of SAP.
