Atencion a Clientes y OperacionesConocimientos específicos del puesto:- Comercio Exterior y trafico terrestre- Servicio al cliente- Conocimiento en logística y planeación- Conocimiento y manejo de PC (Word, Excel, Power point)Actividades:- Revisar disponibilidad de cajas y llamar a clientes para ofrecer equipo a posicionar.- Elaborar el 100% de los pedidos requeridos acorde a necesidades de cliente.- Coordinar la operación B1 americana- Control de equipo de intercambio para no caer demora.- Recibir, ingresar y confirmar a los clientes sus pedidos.- Elaboración de plan de pedidos acorde a disponibilidad de cajas para su programación con el sistema IMPERIUM.- Brindar atención a los clientes con respecto a sus operaciones.- Realizar la planeación diaria de posicionamientos y cruces.- Preparar y presentar reportes de desempeño Planeado vs Entregado para su análisis.- Cumplir con lo establecido por las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad para evitar incidentes.- Estar en contacto con los operadores.Ofrecemos:- Sueldo $20,000 mensuales (pago quincenal).- Prestaciones de ley.- Contratación directa por parte de la empresa Aralo Express USA.Domicilio del trabajo: Carr Salamanca- La Ordeña Km. 8-5-1, Fracc. 5ta.
