**Purpose Statement**:Provides support to all AMER manufacturing sites through the centralized Shared Services team. Responsible for the effective execution of the assigned Finance/ Accounting centralized process, goods and services in accordance with the quality, delivery and expectations to meet department/company objectives.**Key Job Accountabilities**:- Prepare journal entries to ensure accurate account balances- Reconcile general ledger accounts to comply with SOX requirements.- Prepare reports in user-friendly formats to aid in decision-making and analysis of parts contribution and other material analysis.- Provide pricing support (BOM download and common component cost entry, entering valid assembly pricing and maintain component cost fields in ERP system) for effective and efficient production assembly pricing- Purchase price variance approval and revision in partnership with procurement and finance teams**Education/Experience Qualifications**:- A minimum of an Associate’s degree is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.- Less than One (1) year of related experience is required; One (1) or more years of related experience is preferred.- An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.**Other Qualifications**:- Excellent math skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Excel- JDE experience a plus- Able to work independently and in a team environment- Problem solving skills- General office equipment and materials**Physical Requirements**:- Professional office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and low noise level. May require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, using a computer, and other office equipment.
