They will work closely with cross functional supply chain partners and with the SC Integration Team to maximize the usage of APO-SNP across the distribution network. They are responsible for executing a replenishment strategy that balances service and working capital.**Responsibilities**:- Manage inventory shortage communication - Communicates all pertinent inventory availability issues to the commercial organization and Supply Chain. Acts as a contact point between the commercial organization and Supply Chain.- Execution of DC target stock level strategy - Validates synchronization between R3 and SNP ensuring data integrity to drive accurate calculation of Safety Stocks and able to Promise Logic in APO.- Network Balancing - analytical skills and functional knowledge to identify, resolve and prevent unplanned inventory deployment exceptions such as, but not limited to, production shortages, necessary stock redistribution, forecast changes/fluctuations, and transportation interruptions, direct shipments from central warehouses to large wholesalers.- Meet budgetary goals - meet or exceed targets including truck load weight, unplanned warehouse to warehouse movements as well as other FTG savings. Incorporates and executes “Best Practice” replenishment processes to contribute to maximizing customer service, minimizing cost and optimizing inventory.- Exception Management - Conducts weekly “Root Cause” analysis and identifies corrective actions that may be taken to avoid unnecessary future cuts.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business or a related field.- 2 years of experience in Supply Chain a plus if it is in logistics, planning or inventory management.- Strong experience in Excel.- Advanced English level.- Desirable experience in data management and analysis.- Desirable experience working with SAP - APO.- Desirable experience in Scripting.**Our Commitment to Sustainability**With the Colgate brand in more homes than any other, we are presented with great opportunities and new challenges as we work to integrate sustainability into all aspects of our business and create positive social impact.
