Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all.**Job Summary**:The Supply Network Planner acts as the primary contact bridging the Sub/Hub Demand Planners and Production Planners at production facilities (both CP and contract manufacturers). Responsible for translating the demand plan into inventory requirements within the supply network while optimizing customer service and carrying costs.**Responsibilities/Accountabilities**:- Balancing Demand and Supply: Execute daily/weekly/monthly planning cycle priorities to ensure product availability at distribution centers, right-sized inventory levels, and synchronization of new product introductions and sourcing transitions.- Balance of Service vs Cost: Optimize customer service at the minimum cost level.- Supply Resolution: Utilize system alerts to identify and resolve supply shortages/overstocks.- Data Analytics: Use supply chain data and tools to drive information-based decisions.- Support Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Develop and implement best practices related to finished goods replenishment, inventory management, and system utilization.- Collaboration: Identify and close gaps with Demand Planning, Production Planning, Transportation, Warehouse Operations, and Customer Service to achieve efficient and cost-effective supply planning.- System/Process Development: Execute "Best Practice" supply planning processes identified by leadership to maximize customer service, minimize cost, and optimize inventory.**Required Qualifications**:- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or similar.- 1-2 years of experience in supply planning or similar.- Strong technical knowledge and experience with SAP/APO tools.- Proficient in Excel (Macros).- Google Suite knowledge- Intermediate-advanced English level.**Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion**Achieving our purpose starts with our people — ensuring our workforce represents the people and communities we serve —and creating an environment where our people feel they belong; where we can be our authentic selves, feel treated with respect and have the support of leadership to impact the business in a meaningful way.**Equal Opportunity Employer**Colgate is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, colour, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, ethnicity, age, disability, marital status, veteran status (United States positions), or any other characteristic protected by law.LI-Hybrid
