**Posición**:Demand Planning Manager**Ubicación**: CDMX, Col. Cuauhtemoc**Horario**: L-V de 9am a 6pm, híbrido.**Descripción de la Empresa**: Empresa internacional de consumo masivo**Objetivo general**: Tener el control del forecast del equipo de ventas y marketing para los códigos permanentes, temporadas e In&Outs. Así como liderear al equipo de CPFRs para tener níveles de abasto a nível cliente de manera indicada con el apoyo de los KAMs.**Formación**:Ingeniería industrial o afín**Idiomas**:Inglés avanzado indispensable.**Principales Responsabilidades**:- Trabajar en el forecast con el equipo de ventas para tener una base como compañía por mes en cajas.- Seguimiento con el equipo de CPFRS para identificar oportunidades en clientes y poder impactarlo en el forecast alineado con KAMs.- Seguimiento con equipos de Marketing para iniciativas de temporadas o In & Outs para la llegada en tiempo de materiales.- Implementación y seguimiento al proceso de S&OP/IBP en la compañíaTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 al mes**Benefits**:- Trabajar desde casaSchedule:- Turno de 8 horasIdioma:- Inglés avanzado (Obligatorio)Licencia/Certificación:- Ingeniería industrial o Afín (Obligatorio)
