Supervise Material Handling operations on the floor. Ensure supplies to production lines. Supervise Receiving and Shipping, and molding operations, as well as resource management of both equipment and personnel under their charge, and monitor payroll issues, report overtime, and plant courses. Monitor critical materials consigned by the client. Prepare inventory and daily report on the status of client-owned returnable containers on the 3rd shift, as well as coordinate their return to the client across all three shifts. Supervise and monitor JIT shipments of finished products (boards, doors) to FCA-Derramadero. Supervise and monitor material receipts, unloading, and captures in the system. Monitor the supply of materials to production lines. Supervise personnel in charge of material handling tasks. Supervise yard tasks and safe maneuvers. Manage staffing levels according to urgent needs. Coordinate transportation for shipments. Audit the location of materials in the warehouse and pharmacy, as well as maintain labeling online racks. Monitor the Hoots Rumba system. Monitor the windows of local and national suppliers. Monitor maintenance of mobile equipment (forklifts, Raymond). Warehouse and shipping areas. Requirements: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the materials field. Preferably, a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
