Our entrepreneurial teams are empowered to innovate, act nimbly, and create a lasting and sustainable impact for our clients, their customers, and the communities in which we live.With us, you’ll create a boundless impact that transforms your career—and the lives of people across the world.**You Are**:**The opportunity**:- Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation responsible for enterprise job scheduler activities, which often includes assisting various teams with troubleshooting code, network connectivity and data integrity issues.- Ensure data security and compliance with organizational policies and industry standards which includes following documented ITIL processes to complete incidents, requests and other tasks utilizing a service management system.- Create and/or update technical documentation of processes, configurations and best practices to support team knowledge sharing and operational continuity as needed.- Evaluate current manual tasks that could be automated utilizing scripting tools.This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.**What you need**:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- 5+ years of experience working in Information Technology.- Proven experience with Enterprise Scheduling tools (Tidal Enterprise Scheduler, Autosys, etc.)- Experience with ETL tools (Informatica PowerCenter, Talend Big Data Platform, SSIS, etc.)- Understanding of database concepts, SQL tools, and data warehousing best practices.- Experience with Incident and Change tracking systems (ServiceNow, TFS, Aha, etc.)- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment, be flexible when needed, take initiative and demonstrate accountability.- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.- Excellent oral and written communication skills.- Technical Skills: Tidal Enterprise Scheduler- Informatica PowerCenter- Talend Big Data Platform- SAP Business Objects 4.3+- Tableau- PowerBI- Windows- Linux/Unix- Key Skills:- Tidal Enterprise Scheduler administration and optimization- Strong communication, problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment- Excellent oral and written communication skills- SQL and database knowledge- Experience automating manual tasks**Benefits**Employees receive mandatory and non-mandatory benefits such as fourteen (14) days of vacation beginning on the date of hire, vacation premium, ten (10) paid holidays, a Christmas Bonus of thirty (30) days’ pay, Monthly Food Vouchers, Saving Fund, and health insurance.
