Join us, and get better with every move.Ayvens Mexico is looking for a Legal Analyst.Location: Miguel Hidalgo- AntaraHybrid Model**Main Responsibilities**- Notices, among other documents that can legally determine a certain risk for the company.- Legal advice to all and each one of the areas of the company during its daily act.- Negotiation of all types of Agreements with Clients, Suppliers, Commercial Partners, and anythird party that interacts with the company.- Follow-up for the due fulfillment of all and each one of the Corporate Obligations of thecompany, in a declarative way, but not limitative Ordinary and Extraordinary Assembly,Unanimous Resolutions Out of Assembly, Powers of Attorney.- Review and analysis of any legislative changes that could affect the daily actions of thecompany.- Follow-up of Litigation with External law firms.- Coordination of the External Office(s) regarding the compliance of the issues that have witheach of them.- Direction and Organization in conjunction with General Secretary of the Legal Areaimplementing processes, improvements, activities and in general any necessary action toachieve the efficiency of the area.- Direction for the elaboration of any type of contract with the Suppliers area (SpecialContracts)**Skills & Requirements**- 2+ years of legal experience, with a strong background on corporate matters.- Legal knowledge on commercial transactions and ability to provide advice on different type agreements.- Strong and effective communication skills- Law degree from a Mexican university.**Why Ayvens?**With over 3.4 million vehicles managed across more than 42 countries, we provide full-service leasing, flexible subscription services, fleet management services and multi-mobility solutions to customers of all sizes, including large corporates, SMEs, professionals, and private individuals.
