As a Sustainability and Foundation Sr. Manager for LATAM you will have the opportunity to build Coca-Cola Foundation and Community Affairs strategy aligned with business needs.

Here’s some of the things you’ll be doing:

  • Define Economic Empowerment strategy across the region and support zones in execute and track local programs.
  • Build alliances thatcreatevalue for the company through the generation of projects that consolidate the company's social license as a socially responsible company committed to the community.
  • Internallyalign the strategy of the Foundation and the Community Affairs area to target projects that build corporate reputation through community programs.
  • Leadthe relationshipwith KO GlobalFoundation.
  • Promote the actions of the Coca-Cola Foundation and Community Affairs among the different areas of the company and in the multifunctional teams (PAC, Social License, among others)
  • Responsibleto identify and summarize partners to different Foundation Projects.
  • Responsible for alignmentwith KOBottlersFoundations.
  • Ensure responseto multiply internal resources with external allies.
  • Strong understanding of the system and the community organizations.
  • Responsible for Coca-Cola Foundation strategy and funds in theregion.
  • Support zones in the process of Grants requisition.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Fluent English and Spanish
  • 5-8 years of total working experience in different areas. Knowledge about social impact.Experience in leading multi-country projects and working with multi-functional teams
  • Ability to build long term partnerships with NGOs, Civil Society and otherIndustries
  • Ability to translate complex challenges into actionable strategies andplans
  • Ability to lead multi-functional teams and permeate across different areas of the company and the Coca-Cola System (Bottlers)
  • Ability to move easily throughoutdifferent sectors of society, building solid partnerships with key stakeholders(foundations, associations,opinion leaders, NGOs, among others.)
  • Genuine passion for creating an environment that allows people to develop their potential, creating a high-performanceteam
  • Represent the Company in external forums, workshops and events related toCommunity and social agenda at LATAM level
  • Solid business knowledge to usecommunityagenda to create value to the business
  • Solid level of knowledge of the golden triangle: NGOs,civil associations, and companies
  • Excellent written,verbal, interpersonal communications skills
  • Creative, curious, intuitive, quick learner
  • Experience in building partnerships with public, private & civil society organization
