As a **Finance** **Competit**ive Analysis** Sr** **Manager** you will efficiently support the decision-making process by providing key insights and valuable analytics based on a thorough understanding of our Competitive Landscape.

**What You’ll Do for Us**
- Perform **Competitive Analysis** and analyze regional **Macro Economic** trends:

- Deep Dive on priority Pan-LATAM competitors: geographic presence, main financials, bottling & supply chain capabilities, economic/business models, strategic alliances, etc.
- Review competitor pricing and performance, discuss implications and takeaways: i.e., are competitors gaining/losing share of value/profitability by implementing targeted pricing schemes above/below inflation
- Analyze & forecast macro-economic trends for main drivers: sweeteners, PET, aluminum, glass, inflation, salaries, fuel, etc.
- Proactively track and identify new market conditions / trends / competitors + influence action plans to seize opportunities / defend business.
- Owner and Subject Matter Expert (SME) of **Industry Profit Pools**:

- Partner with Strategy teams to obtain industry growth targets by country and subcategory.
- Create a bottom-up process to simulate competitor value chains & profitability.
- Standardize the process to replicate across top 8 countries.
- Influence Senior & Executive leadership teams by identifying profit headroom’s (“whitespaces”) and value drivers and adapts business plans accordingly.
- Lead a **Cross-Functional Competitive Intelligence** team for the LATAM region:

- Mission: Become the competitive intelligence one source of truth for LATAM needs, delivering holistic solutions to guide regional strategy and empowering local teams to enhance competitivity.
- Lead and develop a team of individuals from key areas: finance, strategy, marketing, customer & commercial, etc.
- Proactively create and deliver strategic, long-term initiatives to improve competitive landscape understanding.
- Generate and enforce a strategic decision framework to coordinate a backlog of country-based requests.
- ** Earnings Release Analysis** for LATAM ELT and direct reports:

- Two deliverables: Main public bottlers and Top public competitors;
- Generate an executive summary on key strategic & financial headlines:

- Operational priorities; CAPEX investments; Hedging strategies ; Main financials performance ; Valuation vs. market benchmarks

**Qualification & Requirements**
- ** +10-12** years of leadership experience i**n financial planning or commercial finance roles
- ** L**eadership and management experience**, with ability to work in a diverse cultural environment as a highly efficient communicator and influencer at all levels.
- ** Profound understanding of competitive dynamics**.**
- MBA or MSC/MSF Finance a strong plus.
- Able to influence executive and senior leadership teams my demonstrating knowledge master and excellent communications skills.
- Fluent English Required; Portuguese or Spanish Required;

Work Focus
- Role model the **“Leadership in the Network” **definition
- Provide holistic **understanding of **competitors** **business performance inside the OU (Operating Unit)**.
- Review all available internal and external competitors information to gain a robust understanding of competitors financials and operations - focus on pan-Latam competitors
- Coordinate development, data integrity and reliability of Competitors Economics tools and projection models

Communication Focus
- This role is responsible for **partnering internally** **as well as externally** to effectively manage Competitive Analysis, as well as to build alignment on key initiatives and metrics, with a focus on communication to:

- OU (Operating Unit) CFO and OU Planning, Competitive Analysis and Insights Lead; OU Strategic Planning team; Zone Finance Directors ; Franchise Units + Key Regional Stakeholders ; This role will be an individual contributor but closely networked with Zone and Franchise Finance teams
