Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and strategic Business Development Manager to acquire and develop strategic hotel partners, tailor value propositions, and deliver differentiated commercial agreements. Job Responsibilities Identify and target new potential and strategic partners. Tailor value propositions and product offerings. Negotiate exclusive and tailored contracting agreements. Deploy strategic plans aligned with regional goals. Analyze competitor landscape and conversion potential. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution. Required Skills Strategic Relationship Management Commercial Acumen & Negotiation Data-Driven Decision Making Product & Revenue Optimization Collaboration & Communication Agility & Innovation Required Tech Skills Excel for data analysis BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, QlikView) CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) Sales enablement tools (Salesloft, Outreach) Required Qualifications and Experience Degree in Business Administration, Tourism Management, or related field. 3+ years of experience in commercial roles with direct partner interaction. Proven experience in contracting, negotiation, and account planning. Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
