The Role We’re hiring a Driver Engagement Specialist to recruit, onboard, and support our delivery drivers across U.S. markets. This is a fully remote role working U.S. business hours, sitting at the intersection of recruitment, onboarding, and operations. You’ll own the driver pipeline end-to-end and work closely with Operations, City Ops, and Dispatch teams to ensure reliable driver supply and performance. Responsibilities Recruit and onboard delivery drivers across multiple U.S. markets Manage screening and onboarding workflows Support driver engagement, performance, and retention Partner with Operations and Dispatch to align supply with demand Track driver metrics and onboarding progress Qualifications Experience in recruiting, operations, logistics, or workforce management (preferred) Strong organizational and communication skills Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment Able to work U.S. business hours Why Join Club Feast High ownership and direct operational impact Close collaboration with Operations leadership Remote-first, globally distributed team Clear growth path into senior operations or people roles
