Serve as the primary point of contact for clients located in the USA, Canada in coordinating and executing NSF Product Certifications (QAI Organic Certification) and meeting target KPI’s, to ensure customer satisfaction and understanding of standards, regulations, certification decisions, policies, and technical requirements.

 

Provide leadership in identifying, managing, and resolving opportunities and barriers to meeting the certification and standards/regulation for clients and serve as a valuable contributor to Product Certifications. 

Responsible for developing strong relationships with clients, act as an internal client advocate, to ensure their projects move forward to completion. Act as the liaison with the Technical Team and Managers in technical and training support.
