Requisitos indispensables:
-Licenciatura (B. A.) de una Escuela Superior o Universidad.
-Se requiere dominio del inglés a nivel avanzado.
-Productos y conocimiento del mercado.
-Preparación de un presupuesto.
-ISO 9001.
-IATF.
-BIQS.
-ISO 45001 Y 14001.
-Capacidad para presentar información de forma eficaz y responder a preguntas de grupos de directivos, clientes, consumidores.
-Capacidad para resolver problemas prácticos y tratar con una variedad de variables concretas en situaciones en las que sólo existe una estandarización limitada.

Actividades:

-Actividad con el cliente (preparación de presupuestos/muestras).
-Solicita clientes potenciales y realiza presentaciones de productos y servicios.
-Investigar el potencial comercial de nuevos productos y tecnologías e informar de los resultados a la dirección.
-Informar de los detalles del nuevo negocio a la fábrica.
-Negocios existentes.
-Comunicarse regularmente con los clientes proporcionándoles asistencia técnica y de ventas.
-Coordinar diversos problemas de los clientes y presentar soluciones.
-Presentar nuevos productos y nuevas tecnologías a los clientes existentes y esforzarse por ampliar el uso de los productos.
-Ocuparse de las actividades anuales de los clientes (CR/VA/VE).
-Apoyar la planificación ECR/EOP.
-Conocimiento de las normas IATF 16949 ISO 45001.
-Seguimiento a las acciones correctivas derivadas a los accidentes de área.
-Asegurar que el personal a su cargo cumpla con los requerimientos internos de seguridad.
-Resultados y previsiones de ventas y beneficios de Gatheer.
-Ventanilla del cliente para OEM.
-Comunicarse con varios niveles de dirección, personal técnico, personal de atención al cliente y representantes de empresas afiliadas para discutir los requisitos de los clientes y coordinar las actividades de respuesta.
-Coordinar la solicitud de muestras de los clientes e informar a la dirección sobre la evaluación de los requisitos del cliente.
-Mantener registros relacionados con la venta de productos, incluidos precios, envíos de muestras, hojas de datos, catálogos, etc.
-Estar al corriente de la actividad de la competencia y de las tendencias comerciales del sector.
-Comunicarse con el Departamento de Contabilidad y el Departamento de Atención al Cliente y ayudar a establecer nuevas cuentas y conciliar reclamaciones en litigio y saldos vencidos.
-Realización de proyectos especiales a petición del Director.
