In de rol van digital advertising specialist bij Carglass ben je de strateeg achter de digitale schermen. Je ontwikkelt doelgerichte advertising strategieën voor onze drie belangrijkste doelgroepen: autobezitters, business partners en ons talent. Door de behoeften van deze doelgroepen te koppelen aan bedrijfsdoelen, creëer je een sterke digitale strategie die aansluit bij onze visie.

Als geen ander weet je wat er speelt binnen het online medialandschap. En vertaal je de digitale strategie naar online marketingcampagnes op platforms als Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn en TikTok. In nauwe samenwerking met de brand & campaign manager stem je advertentiebudgetten af en beheer en optimaliseer je SEO/SEA-campagnes. Met scherpe analyses en overtuigende presentaties betrek je in- en externe stakeholders bij het optimaliseren van campagneresultaten. En samen met collega’s van customer journey, brand & campaign, HR, operations en sales ben je de drijvende kracht achter inspirerende marketinginitiatieven.

  • Omdat je werkt voor een internationaal bekend merk, waarbij je veel vrijheid krijgt in de invulling van je functie. Ook krijg je het mandaat om de strategie voor de social media van Carglass te bepalen en weet je de nieuwste oplossingen in digital advertising in huis te halen.
  • Je gaat direct in dienst bij Carglass en start met een contract voor onbepaalde tijd met een proeftijd van twee maanden.
  • Het gaat om een functie variërend tussen 32 en 40 uur per week.
  • Elke maand krijg je een brutosalaris van minimaal € 3.279,85 en maximaal € 4.599,53 (o.b.v. een fulltime dienstverband).
  • Aangevuld met onze gunstige pensioenregeling.
  • Je komt in aanmerking voor de 3% winstuitkering.
  • Jaarlijks geniet je van 24 vakantiedagen bij een voltijd dienstverband. Van 1 januari tot en met 31 december ontvang je maandelijks een atv-toeslag van 5% op het brutosalaris. Dit staat gelijk aan 13 atv-dagen. Elk jaar beslis je of je deze toeslag het komende kalenderjaar wil behouden óf deze liever inruilt voor 13 atv-dagen.
  • Per drie jaar maak je gebruik van een duurzaam inzetbaarheidsbudget van € 1.500, -.
  • In januari krijg je een vergoeding van € 175, – bruto voor het inrichten van een thuiswerkplek. Daarnaast krijg je een thuiswerkvergoeding van € 2,15 per dag.
  • Uiteraard ontvang je ook een reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,23 netto per kilometer voor het woon-werkverkeer met een maximum van €194, – per maand.
  • Een laptop en telefoon krijg je van ons.
Wat neem je mee?
  • Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in marketing, bedrijfskunde of een gerelateerd vakgebied.
  • Minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in online marketing.
  • Kennis van advertisingtools van YouTube, LinkedIn en Meta, het analyseren en rapporteren van campagnes, en het optimaliseren van campagnes en targeting.
  • Je bent communicatief vaardig, waarbij je zelfstandig en proactief werkt, met name als het gaat om stakeholdermanagement.
  • Van de nieuwste trends en ontwikkelingen ben jij als eerste op de hoogte.
  • Met je analytische vaardigheden kun je de resultaten van campagnes interpreteren en op basis daarvan advies geven over budgetten.
  • Tot slot heb je een open mindset en sta je open voor het ontdekken van nieuwe platformen.
