About the role: This role leads the charge in delivering accurate statutory reporting and local tax compliance across our Record-to-Report process. You'll be at the heart of preparing and submitting statutory accounts, ensuring alignment with local accounting standards, and coordinating external audits with confidence and clarity. With a focus on continuous improvement, you'll harness digital tools and data to streamline reconciliations, automate reporting, and strengthen controls. Collaborating across Finance and our delivery partners, you'll embed governance, reduce exceptions, and support a transparent, compliant reporting environment. Your work will play a vital role in protecting Reckitt's control framework and driving forward our GBS ambition. Responsibilities: -Deliver accurate statutory financial statements and tax filings in line with local regulations -Ensure integrity of statutory accounts and compliance with local accounting standards -Manage reconciliations between group and local accounting frameworks -Coordinate external audits and statutory reviews, ensuring readiness and timely responses -Lead initiatives to improve data quality, automation and reporting efficiency -Standardise reconciliation and reporting processes across regions -Strengthen governance and internal controls to reduce compliance risks -Support continuous improvement and digital transformation within the finance function Qualifications: -A broad range of experience in statutory financial reporting, tax compliance and Record-to-Report operations -Proven ability to manage end-to-end reporting processes and audit coordination -Strong understanding of direct and indirect tax requirements and internal control frameworks -Skilled in using enterprise resource planning systems and digital tools to enhance reporting -Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills -A proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement What we offer: With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
