This position is responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing product costing methodologies, enabling precise margin analysis and financial insight. The analyst works closely withOperations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial teamsto drive cost discipline, optimize profitability, and support business growth.

What You'll Do

:Cost Accounting & Product Costing:Design, maintain, and continuously improveWAC-based product cost models, ensuring accurate cost flows across BOMs, routings, labor, and overhead absorption. Ensure the integrity ofperpetual weighted average costing, leading timely cost recalculations for receipts, returns, and inventory adjustments. Conduct in-depthvariance analysis(materials, labor, overhead), translating cost drivers into clear, actionable insights for operations and leadership. Inventory Management & Compliance:Leadinventory valuation, reserve analysis, and cost adjustments to ensure accurate financial representation. Safeguard theaccuracy and integrity of inventory transactionswithin ERP/MRP systems. Act as a key partner forinternal and external audits, delivering robust cost documentation and clear process explanations. Collaborate closely with plant leadership to analyzecost drivers, production efficiency, scrap, and yield, supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Strengthen and maintaininternal controlsrelated to costing and inventory governance. Financial Analysis & Reporting:Supportbudgeting and forecastingprocesses through detailed cost assumptions, margin analysis, and manufacturing KPIs. Partner inmonthly close activities, ensuring accurate reporting of inventory, COGS, and variances. Develop and presentmonthly cost analysis packages, dashboards, and executive-ready presentationsto support informed decision-making. What You Bring:Bachelor's degree inAccounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in financial and cost analysis. 5–10 years of progressive experiencein cost accounting and manufacturing finance within complex operational environments. Deep expertise in cost accounting principles, with hands-on experience in manufacturing or industrial settings. Advanced proficiency inERP systemssuch as D365, SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise platforms. Strong command ofExcel and financial modeling, with experience leveraging BI and reporting tools to drive insights. Highlyanalytical and detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy and consistency in financial data. Proven ability topartner cross-functionallyand translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable messages. Results-driven and proactive professional, thriving in fast-paced, operationally focused environments.
