This role is crucial in ensuring a balanced driver supply, fostering partnerships, and enhancing fleet management strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong operational mindset, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive business development at a local level. This position reports directly to the Country Manager and requires close collaboration with regional and HQ teams. Oversee and manage driver supply in the local market to ensure a healthy balance between demand and availability Lead fleet-related projects, including expansion planning, operational optimization, and exclusivity programs Analyze driver app usage and performance to generate insights that support product enhancements and operational improvements Collaborate with HQ teams to execute local digital campaigns, acquisition strategies, and incentive programs Monitor competitive activity and industry trends to proactively adjust local strategies Leverage data to monitor market performance, track key metrics, and support data-driven decision making 4-5 years of experience in operations or a business-related role, preferably within ride-hailing, mobility, or logistics . ~ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations. ~ Proven ability to decompose complex business challenges, prioritize effectively, and drive results . ~ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present and influence at multiple levels . ~ SQL proficiency is a plus ; strong Excel skills required to analyze trends and create reports. ~ Business development experience and the ability to identify new opportunities within the ride-hailing ecosystem.
