Company Description CT Pack, based in Ferrara, Italy, is a leader in designing and manufacturing integrated, customizable packaging systems and automation for ice cream, chocolate, and bakery products. As part of Aretè Cocchi Technology, CT Pack is part of a group with manufacturing and commercial centers across several countries and a sales reach in over 100 countries. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in Puebla city: Assistant with experience in logistics, imports, and purchasing, with an administrative focus, to support the area's daily operations and strategic supplier management, including technical purchases. 🛠 Main Responsibilities • Tracking and administrative control of invoices and payments. • Support in purchasing processes, from requisition to receipt of materials and services. • Coordination and tracking of imports and international shipments. • Sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation with local and international suppliers, including technical components. • Maintaining supplier relationships and ensuring timely follow-up on purchase orders. • Generating purchase orders and managing the ERP system. • Controlling inventory related to purchases and supporting demand forecasting. Procurement: Researching vendors, obtaining quotes, processing purchase orders (POs), negotiating prices, and managing supplier relationships. Logistics: Arranging incoming/outgoing shipments, tracking deliveries, coordinating with carriers, and managing customs clearance if applicable. Administration: Updating databases, maintaining accurate records, resolving invoicing/shipping discrepancies, and managing related paperwork. 📌 Job Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree or related field in logistics, administration, Industrial engineering, international trade, purchasing, or related areas. processes. Fluent English Knowledge: • purchasing techniques, negotiation, and cost analysis. • Ability to interpret technical specifications and communicate needs to the supplier. • Willingness to learn and adapt to the company's specific processes. • Positive attitude and effective interpersonal skills with suppliers and internal departments. • Proactive, problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities. • Attention to detail. • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel, including data analysis and purchasing reports.
