This is a full-time on-site role in Puebla city:

Assistant with experience in logistics, imports, and purchasing, with an administrative focus, to support the area's daily operations and strategic supplier management, including technical purchases.


#Tracking and administrative control of invoices and payments.
• Support in purchasing processes, from requisition to receipt of materials and services. • Sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation with local and international suppliers, including technical components.
• Generating purchase orders and managing the ERP system.
• Controlling inventory related to purchases and supporting demand forecasting.
Procurement: Researching vendors, obtaining quotes, processing purchase orders (POs), negotiating prices, and managing supplier relationships.
Logistics: Arranging incoming/outgoing shipments, tracking deliveries, coordinating with carriers, and managing customs clearance if applicable.
Administration: Updating databases, maintaining accurate records, resolving invoicing/shipping discrepancies, and managing related paperwork.


#Bachelor's degree or related field in logistics, administration, Industrial engineering, international trade, purchasing, or related areas. Fluent English


purchasing techniques, negotiation, and cost analysis.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel, including data analysis and purchasing reports.
