  • Formar equipos internos de BDs
  • Diseñar y dirigir estartegias de ventas y tacticas de BDs
  • Contratar y capacitar nuevos BDs
  • Coordinar esfuerzo de otras areas y otros Heads para llevar a cabo los planes de ejecucion
  • Definir OKRs y KPIs de equipo de ventas
  • Organizar weekly y monthly activities para equipos
  • Visitar equipos de ventas en distintas ciudades
  • Medir pipeline y ejecucion de equipos de BDs
  • Conocer Ventup y tener capacidad de ofrecer Demos
  • Interactuar con clientes y prospectos juntos con BDs
  • Ofrecer ayuda a equipos de BDs y habilitar nuevas herramientas
  • Desarrollar plan comercial con metricas por año
  • Monitorear manual de ventas y corregir
  • Coordinar entrenamientos con CS para BDs
  • Asistir a equipos de BDs solicitando herramientias de otras areas necsarias
  • Ser el lider en el campo de batalla de sales para su equipo.
  • 5+ años en sales
  • Conocimiento de ventas en B2B
  • Experiencia en manejo de equipos de sales
  • Conocimiento de incentivos de sales por equipos
  • Claro entendimiento de software y venta Saas
  • Actitud de liderazgo extrovertido
  • Capacidad alta de ejecución
  • Visibilidad de estrategia y tacticas de ventas
  • Hombre o Mujer
+ 5 años de experiencia Disponibilidad para viajar
