About the role We’re looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Specialist with practical experience who can connect creative content with technical conversion. This role sits at the intersection of social content, lead generation and marketing automation . You’ll be responsible for building our digital presence while setting up the systems that turn engagement into qualified leads and customers. This is NOT A SENIOR ROLE and not a pure design or social media position, it’s for someone who enjoys execution, testing and optimization, and wants to grow in a fast-moving environment. What you’ll do Create and adapt visual and audiovisual content for social media, email campaigns and landing pages, ensuring brand consistency. Plan, schedule and manage social media content with a clear focus on engagement and traffic generation. Build and optimize lead generation funnels, including landing pages and forms. Set up email marketing campaigns and automated workflows based on user behavior. Integrate and maintain the marketing stack (social platforms, forms, CRM and email tools). Monitor key performance metrics (CTR, Open Rate, CPL) and continuously improve content and automation flows. Required experience & skills 1- 2 years of hands-on experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, automation or related roles. Strong experience using Canva Pro, Figma or Adobe Suite (Photoshop / Illustrator) . Practical experience building automations with Zapier or Make (Integromat) . Experience working with CRM and email marketing tools such as ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Mailchimp or similar. Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and/or LinkedIn Ads for lead generation. Solid copywriting skills with a conversion-oriented mindset. What we’re looking for A proactive, self-managed profile who enjoys improving processes and testing ideas. Strong attention to detail, both visually and technically. Analytical mindset and comfort working with performance metrics. Curiosity, ownership and a strong willingness to learn and grow.
