Tus principales responsabilidades incluirán: Liderar proyectos de marketing experiencial, garantizando resultados excepcionales y la alineación con los objetivos del cliente. Anticipar necesidades y generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio, tanto con clientes actuales como potenciales. Supervisar presupuestos, plazos y calidad de entrega, asegurando la rentabilidad de cada proyecto. Elaborar briefs detallados y presentaciones impactantes, colaborando estrechamente con equipos internos. Mantener un profundo conocimiento del cliente, su sector y las tendencias del mercado. Actuar con alta responsabilidad y ownership, buscando siempre superar las expectativas del cliente (PLOT TWIST). Estar presente físicamente en todas las interacciones clave del proyecto. Requisitos: Estudios: Título universitario en Marketing, Publicidad, Comunicación, Empresas de Entretenimiento, Administración de empresas turísticas o afines. Experiencia: Mínimo 10 años en gestión de cuentas o proyectos en agencias de Experiential Marketing, BTL, eventos y convenciones. Habilidades clave: Proactividad, dinamismo, enfoque a soluciones, trabajo en equipo, adaptabilidad, liderazgo, orientación a objetivos de venta trimestrales, comunicación excepcional, dominio de herramientas de gestión de proyectos (Monday o ERPs similares) y experiencia en ventas.
