Company Description Vila Family Office is a business center where we bring together one of the most important intellectual property law firms in the western part of the country, with activities in the major economies of the world; This is a full-time on-site role based in Guadalajara, JAL, for a Billing and Collections Coordinator. The primary responsibilities include managing billing processes, monitoring customer accounts, and ensuring accurate invoicing. Additionally, the coordinator will analyze financial data to enhance the efficiency of the collections process.

Strong Analytical Skills to assess accounts, generate reports, and ensure accurate billing processes.
Proficiency in Debt Collection and Cash Collection to manage accounts receivable and execute efficient payment recovery procedures.
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in using billing software are highly beneficial.
Prior experience in a similar role and familiarity with financial or accounting principles is advantageous.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
