This is a full-time hybrid role for a Product Manager based in Guadalajara, JAL, with flexibility for some remote work. The Product Manager will oversee the development and execution of product strategies, define product roadmaps, and manage product life cycles from ideation to launch. The role also involves monitoring product performance and identifying opportunities for enhancement and innovation.

Understand general business logic and rules 
Communicate effectively within all Product Development Areas: Developers, Testers, Dev Lead - CTO and UX/UI designer 
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business teams to plan, prioritize, and deliver features on time and with quality. 
Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, review, and retrospective. 
Conduct user testing, QA validation, and performance checks to ensure products meet quality standards. 
Measure product performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques 
Experience with agile practices/methodologies 
Close interaction with developers and development tools such as teams, slack, GitHub, Jira, Figma, etc.
Knowledge of concepts related to Information Architecture and Software Architecture (as we build software platforms) 
Excellent English oral communication skills 
Strong skills in product strategy, roadmap planning, and life cycle management
Experience in gathering user feedback, conducting market research, and data-driven decision-making
Knowledge of digital product development, UX/UI principles, and Agile methodologies
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Technology, or related discipline
experience in digital business/technology is an advantage
