UKG /Kronos – Senior Consultant – Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX) Are you an experienced, passionate pioneer in technology? A UKG / Kronos Senior Consultant who wants to work in a collaborative environment? As an experienced UKG / Kronos Senior Consultant you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX) leverages scale and talent to provide high quality, cost-effective service to our clients. ADMX is a member of the Global Delivery Network which has presence across the world with Delivery centers in the United States, Romania, India, Spain, China, and the Philippines. We provide consulting services to help our clients achieve a higher level of service in operational efficiency and business value. As a Senior Consultant, you will work with diverse global clients across a wide range of industries. Participate in the full lifecycle of an Operate project including, System enhancements, Support and Maintenance, in adherence to Service Level Agreements. • Collaborate with the technical consultant and other project team members to ensure configuration of the functional specifications have been met – additional requirements. • Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders in a virtual environment to support project delivery. • Support deployment activities including involvement in local design workshops, and hyper care related activities. 6-10+ years of consulting and/or industry experience. • Completion of coursework (Egresado) in any pertinent field or industry. • Responsible for supporting and leading project workstreams and/or teams. • Advanced English level . • At least 3 years of experience in application support experience in technical aspects of UKG WFM including: o UKG WFM WIM Interface Designer Tool. o Device management (clocks, web, handheld etc.). o SSRS and other SQL based reporting tools. o Set Up Data Manager. • At least 3 years of experience as a functional consultant with any other Time & Attendance management system will be considered. • Experience in using ITSM tools like ServiceNow. • ITIL V3 Fundamental Certification is preferable. • Proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Word, PowerPoint and Visio.
