As an experienced UKG/Kronos Consultant, you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX) leverages scale and talent to provide high quality, cost-effective service to our clients. ADMX is a member of the Global Delivery Network which has presence across the world with Delivery centers in the United States, Romania, India, Spain, China, and the Philippines. We provide consulting services to help our clients achieve a higher level of service in operational efficiency and business value. As a Consultant at Deloitte, you will work within an engagement team and be responsible for supporting the overall project goals and objectives. Participate in the full lifecycle of an Operate project including System enhancements, Support and Maintenance, in adherence to Service Level Agreements. Conduct production support, software upgrades, and regular audits, to ensure compliance with the use of the UKG WFM application. Collaborate with the technical consultant and other project team members to ensure configuration of the functional specifications have been met – additional requirements. 3-5+ years of consulting and/or industry experience. Completion of coursework (Egresado) in any pertinent field or industry. Advanced English level. At least 2 years of experience in application support experience in technical aspects of UKG WFM including: o UKG WFM WIM Interface Designer Tool. o Device management (clocks, web, handheld, etc.). o SSRS and other SQL based reporting tools. o Set Up Data Manager. At least 2 years of experience as a functional consultant with any other Time & Attendance management system will be considered. Experience using ITSM tools like ServiceNow. • ITIL V3 Fundamental Certification is preferable. • Proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
