Work you'll do/Responsibilities: As a Consultant at Deloitte, you will work within an engagement team and be responsible for supporting the overall project goals and objectives. In this role, you will interact with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. It is expected that you will be able to perform independent tasks as well as provide technical guidance to team members, as needed. You will do this by performing the following job responsibilities: • Participate in the full lifecycle of an Operate project including System enhancements, Support and Maintenance, in adherence to Service Level Agreements. • Conduct production support, software upgrades, and regular audits, to ensure compliance with the use of the UKG WFM application. • Act as technical liaison and subject matter expert with internal client organizations and peer technology partners on timekeeping and other workforce management applications. • Collaborate with the technical consultant and other project team members to ensure configuration of the functional specifications have been met – additional requirements. Qualifications Required: • 3-5+ years of consulting and/or industry experience. • Completion of coursework (Egresado) in any pertinent field or industry. • Advanced English level. • At least 2 years of experience in application support experience in technical aspects of UKG WFM including: o UKG WFM WIM Interface Designer Tool. o Coordinating all facets of application upgrades. o Device management (clocks, web, handheld, etc.). o SSRS and other SQL based reporting tools. o Set Up Data Manager. • At least 2 years of experience as a functional consultant with any other Time & Attendance management system will be considered. • Experience using ITSM tools like ServiceNow. • ITIL V3 Fundamental Certification is preferable. • Strong analytical/problem-solving ability. • Excellent written and oral communication skills. • Ability to work in teams and interact across all levels. • Ability to deal with ambiguity and work pressure. • Proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Word, PowerPoint, and Visio. Preferred Skills: • Experience in Workforce Dimensions is desirable. • Experience in Dell Boomi is desirable.
