Posición: ServiceNow QA Tester
Ubicación: Monterrey, formato híbrido (3 días por semana en oficina)
Inglés avanzado – NO negociable
Empresa multinacional de manufactura, líder global en su industria
Proyecto estable + ambiente internacional

Liderar pruebas de módulos de ServiceNow usando Automated Testing Framework (ATF).
Crear y validar scripts de pruebas con stakeholders.
Validar cambios en la plataforma y asegurar su calidad.
Desarrollar documentación y scripts de prueba.
Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales para éxito de proyectos.
3+ años de experiencia práctica en ServiceNow.
~ Experiencia en implementaciones a gran escala.
~ Conocimiento profundo de arquitectura, workflows e integraciones.
~ Experiencia liderando equipos o iniciativas técnicas.
~ Background sólido en ITIL y transformación digital.
~ Inglés avanzado indispensable (interacción frecuente con equipos globales).


Licenciatura en Sistemas, TI o Ingeniería afín.
Obligatorio: ITIL V3/V4 + Scrum Master.
Deseable: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
