The Regional Market Manager is responsible for implementing market plans, managing regional marketing activities, and supporting sales growth in the assigned area. Execute regional marketing campaigns and product promotion activities. Conduct local market studies, competitor tracking, and customer feedback collection. Organize regional events, seminars, dealer meetings, and product demos. Support sales team with customer materials, product training, and lead acquisition. Manage regional marketing budget and external vendors. Monitor brand presence and ensure alignment with corporate branding requirements. Prepare regular reports on regional market performance and opportunities. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related areas. ~3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in industrial or B2B markets. ~ Strong coordination, communication, and project management skills. ~ Basic data analysis capability; experience in digital marketing is a plus. ~ English required; Spanish preferred.
