Business Development Representative – CPG & Retail (Mexico)
We're looking for a
Business Development Representative (BDR)
to help drive our growth in
Mexico's CPG & Retail market
. In this role, you'll be on the front line of our commercial expansion—identifying opportunities, engaging decision-makers, and positioning our
data and analytics solutions
as strategic growth enablers.
This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys outbound sales, consultative conversations, and building relationships that turn insight into revenue.
What You'll Do
- Execute outbound sales strategies to grow our presence in the Mexico CPG & Retail sector.
- Identify, qualify, and engage prospects via email, calls, LinkedIn, and sales platforms.
- Lead discovery calls, sales presentations, and product demos.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders by understanding their business needs.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development to refine messaging and outreach.
- Prepare proposals, support negotiations, and help close new business.
- Maintain a healthy, well-tracked pipeline using CRM tools.
- Share market and customer insights to inform sales and product strategy.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development (tech, SaaS, analytics, or CPG/Retail preferred).
- Strong outbound prospecting and lead-generation experience.
- Hands-on experience with CRMs and sales tools (HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Confident running sales calls, demos, and commercial conversations.
- Consultative, customer-first mindset with strong communication skills.
- Organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Curious and motivated to learn about data, analytics, and technology solutions.
What Success Looks Like
- 6 months:
A strong, qualified pipeline and improving conversion rates. - 12 months:
Closed deals, repeatable sales motion, and measurable revenue impact in Mexico.
