Performance-based culture with strong support from ownership
Full autonomy to manage growth, quality, and people outcomes
Coach cross-functional teams and oversee the full lifecycle of RN and LPN staff, from hiring and credentialing to performance management
Drive audit readiness and clinical document quality to maintain strict adherence to all regulatory compliance standards
Maintain and expand key relationships with referral sources, physicians, and hospital systems to support organizational growth
Manage Financial Guardrails: Own the accuracy of hours forecasting and payroll while maintaining strict oversight of daily operating budgets
Drive Data-Led Performance: Develop KPI dashboards to monitor health metrics and implement swift corrective actions to meet operational goals
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Proven team leadership experience including hiring, coaching, and performance management
Proficiency in data tracking, dashboard reporting, and KPI-based decision-making
Experience managing compliance or operational audits
Background in clinical staffing management (RN/LPN, PDN, PCS)
RingCentral, Google Workspace, GHL, Adobe Fill & Sign, CareBravo (EVV/Scheduling), Medicaid Portals

Schedule: Monday-Friday, Full-Time
Fully Remote (based in Mexico City, Mexico)
