Job Description

Objetivo:
Gestionar y desarrollar estrategias para las cuentas claves de la región asignada, mediante el seguimiento puntual y actividades de sell in y sell out. Cumplimiento de objetivos de venta y mediciones comerciales de clientes con el propósito de incrementar las ventas del canal y la región.

Actividades:

Alcanzar y asegurar el objetivo de ventas vs AOP planteado por la compañía. Ser el responsable de la gestión de la información de cada uno de estos clientescon el propósito de identificar oportunidades para una correcta toma de decisiones y sobre todo un excelente seguimiento. Impulso y desarrollo del catálogo de productos activos de cada uno de estos clientes con la finalidad de identificar áreas de oportunidad y catalogar lo necesario. Elaborar y desarrollar el plan de sell out de cada uno de los clientes con el objeto de incrementar su venta. Asegurar el correcto abasto de los clientes y la correcta ingerencia del presupuesto de D&A asignado para cada uno de sus clientes. Asegurar el buen cobro con los clientes asignados en su región. Buscar nuevos clientesen el mercado dentro de la región asignada. Tener conocimiento de lectura de cubos ISCAM y plataforma Nielsen, dando seguimiento a los indicadores de share de cada categoría, ponderado y númerica.

Competencias:

Educación superior completa. 2 años de experiencia en área de ventas. Experiencia en atención de cuentas como PCZ, DUERO, DECASA, SAHUAYO y algunos medios mayoristas como Lupita, Cagsa, Abeja, entre otros.

Skills:

  • Inglés intermedio avanzado.
  • Paquetes de informática: Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Teams.
  • Interacción, haber trabajado como líder de un equipo.
  • Trabajo en equipo.
  • Excelente actitud de servicio al cliente.
  • Disponibilidad para Viajar (Puebla y Guanajuato).
