Location : Remote Worldwide (Must overlap 4-5 hours with US Time Zones) Job Type: Contract to Full-Time / Commission + Stipend This role requires live client calls and meetings during US business hours. If you're based in Asia/Europe, you'll need flexibility to work afternoon/evening shifts to accommodate US client schedules. Webidea is a trademarked IT consulting and digital product firm. From acting as an extended engineering team for startups to executing go-to-market strategies with SEO/PPC, we cover the full digital lifecycle. We are an established IT consulting firm expanding our North American footprint. This is a 'founding member' sales role where you will build the pipeline from scratch, supported by a global delivery team capable of executing everything from quick-turnaround web builds to complex enterprise software. We need a 'Hunter' who can balance quick transactional wins (Web Design, Digital Marketing) with long-term consultative sales (Custom Dev, IT Infrastructure). We offer a tiered structure designed to reward producers immediately. Advantage: You can start earning significant commissions in Month 1 by selling our shorter-cycle services (SEO, Web Design) while building your pipeline for larger IT deals. Triggered by consistent performance and pipeline maturity. Web Design & UI/UX (WordPress, Shopify) Digital Marketing Retainers (SEO, PPC, Social Media) Goal: Generate immediate cash flow and quick commissions. Strategic Projects (Sales Cycle: 2-6 Months): Custom Software & Mobile App Development Cloud Migration & IT Managed Services Goal: Book 10+ qualified meetings. Target: Regular closing of transactional services + submitting proposals for larger custom development projects. — Identify SMBs and Startups in US/Canada using LinkedIn, Apollo, and cold outreach. Pitch Marketing/Web services to businesses needing immediate visibility, and IT/Dev services to funded startups needing tech infrastructure. Qualify & Close: Lead the full cycle. You act as the bridge between the North American client and our global technical team. Proven B2B Sales Experience: You have sold digital services (Agency, Dev Shop, or SaaS) to the US market. The 'Hybrid' Seller: You are comfortable selling a $3,000 website (transactional) AND navigating a $50,000 software contract (consultative). Fluent English:
